Camping World LogoCamping World, the nation’s largest RV and outdoor retailer announced that they are a presenting sponsor of Travel Channel’s new original series “Rock My RV with Bret Michaels.” The new original series is set to premiere on Sunday, May 26 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Camping World will be integrated into four episodes and is also the exclusive sponsor of the “Rock My RV with Bret Michaels: Epic RV Giveaway Contest.” The Grand Prize of the Contest is a RV custom built and designed by Michaels and his team. Camping World provided the grand prize RV for the contest. The contest begins on June 3 and runs through June 15.

Camping World LogoCamping World, the nation’s largest RV and outdoor retailer, announced it has acquired 24 additional acres on the heels of opening its new dealership in Tampa, Florida. The new store officially named Camping World of Tampa, opened in July 2012 plans to expand on the new acreage.

Plans are underway to expand the new I-4 Tampa dealership to be the largest retail facility in the company’s 100-location network. Currently the location is undergoing expansion to expand and renovate into an 80,000-square-foot facility including 40 additional service bays and a new 17,000-square-foot Camping World retail store and a state-of-the-art collision center. The new facility will be completed within seven months with the process starting in mid-February.

“This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for Camping World,” said Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World. “This location will be the Flagship for Camping World Retail not only in Florida but in the entire U.S.”

The Camping World of Tampa features motorhomes and towables from the finest manufacturers and brands including Winnebago Industries, Fleetwood, Thor Motor Coach, Itasca, Coleman, Heartland, Keystone, Forest River, Cross Roads, Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Jayco, Starcraft, Coachmen and many more.

The new Camping World facility is supported by 13 Camping World RV dealerships and retail stores already in the state of Florida.
