Las Vegas, NV – LVM Resort’s 50s-style diner in Las Vegas recently earned the title of “Dining Pick of the Week” from the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The checkered tile floors, jukebox, booth seating and extensive menu gives RVers at LVM Resort the feel of a truly classic diner from back in the 50s.
LVM’s Diner not only boasts a 50s style setting, but also features a national diner menu from the 50s and 60s. Its specialties include the Chicago-style hot dog, fish and chips, Polish kielbasa and Vienna beef corn dogs. Popular salads are chef, Caesar, Cobb and Greek, and all can be made with grilled or crispy chicken.
Among the sandwiches are the BLT, turkey Reuben, corned beef or pastrami on rye, tuna melt grilled chicken, Philly cheese steak, half-pound hamburgers, patty melt, and the club with turkey, ham, bacon, avocado, Swiss and pesto mayo.
Breakfast items are two eggs with sausage, bacon or ham steak, pancakes, French toast, biscuits and sausage gravy, bagel and lox. There is always chili and a soup of the day.
The regular hours of the Diner are from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday and 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m on Sunday. The LVM Diner staff also includes a carry-out option to make meal times as convenient as possible for their RVing guests.
“We are very excited and honored to be chosen as the ‘Dining Pick of the Week’ by the Las Vegas Review-Journal,” said Tom Poteet, Marketing Committee Chairman, LVM Resort. “Our 50s style diner reflects a quintessential American eating experience, and we are most proud of our great food and fun surroundings. Every staff member at our establishment warmly welcomes our RVers and diners, and we always strive to make our guests’ dining experience as enjoyable as possible.”
