>The Pasadena Police Department began its annual Parade Watch program Tuesday along the route of the Tournament of Roses Parade.

Modeled after the Neighborhood Watch program, the department asks people camping in motor homes and recreational vehicles to keep an eye out for possible wrongdoing, said Pasadena police Chief Bernard Melekian.
